L3100 Can't Unlock Help me

I have a L3100 what can't unlock with LG Blazer box :(

I use A cable + adaptator, without battery and with battery and can't conect with he, always see "comunications error" :(

Too i try with D cable and F cable with and without adaptator and always "comunications error"

Help me please :(

this phone (L3100) can be connected with cable A + adaptor.

which version are you using?
try to use version 7.8 and see if the phone connects.
