hI I post this result for help others firends.
Problem on gd90 "turn off and restart automatic also if you digit a number"
The problem is the BGA flash eprom, use good flux in gel not liquid.
Tries to make to penetrate the flux under the BGA pushing it with some warm air to low temperature, when you are sure to have covered well it (I use Hot air Quick850) put the smallest nozzle and you establish the temperature around 360°, then it crosses again the component with the warm air.
For me the problem is resolved, I hope for to be you of help.

FLUX flux Flux

Nobody in my town seems to know what this is!

Where can I get this, or can somebody translate it to DUTCH or GERMAN

You can find it in a shop of electronics (those that they sell the integrated ones the chips the resistances), it is as of the glue alone that is in format liquid or in gel and is used for soldering whit Hot air.
The real name is Flux in Dutch i have tried to translate: Fluß.

go to Chemtronics website and look for a dealer nearest you. e-mail them and they usually reply ASAP (in my experience) to refer you to their nearest distributor. Good Luck.
