alcatel be1 completely locked

while trying to enter netcode to my phone
it got locked it wants me to enter service-unlock-code.my problem is that whatever i tryed i wasn't able to get acces to it by
cable before.maybe the cable sucks! but
what else can i do?
i really need help!
maybe anyone made the same experience?! :confused:

Try to reflash it with Andromeda's program and then unlock it. if you need that program just contact me.
