The machine you are looking for is a hot air rework station. A machine like the chipmaster would be too expensive for this purpose.

You seem to have a awnser for all hardware problems...
...A week ago I bought this hotair station, and some epcoz chips to solve the no network problem in 3210. After trying the result is nothing. The problem is I don't have ONE 3210. I have +/- 40 pcs NO NETWORK.
Then I have different T28 phones no network, or no network on 1800mhz or no network on 900 mhz.
I Know all of this is my problem but I am making investments every week, but still no profit on the hardware problem.
When I went looking for the flux (I found that one!!! thanks!!) The salesman adviced me a complete BGA rework station from weller. This system is VERY expensive like 7000 us$. The question is is this a good investment or do you have other solutions to
solve all hardware problems?
