Trying to Unlock 2 Diferent phones

hi, is the first time that i have an Alcatel, i have to models to unlock or change IMEI.

the models of the phones are Alcatel 331a and Alcatel 332a

331 is B/W and 332 is color

i have the cable and tested a lot of softwares. i cant get it connected, everytime that i click on connect button the phone PowerOn Itself :(

i really dont know what to do, the cable have an plug to use an 9V battery, i connected it and the phone dont power on, but didnt get recognized but the softwares :(

Wich is the soft that i need to use?

someone know how can i connect it? sorry for that dumb questions, but is the first time with an alcatel.

First clean the connectors on the motherboard of the phone, second are you sure that your cable is good ?

well, an friend told me that its the cable.

The problem is not from the cable.

Use Henrich 5.23 software! Try to remove the battery and when click connect then put the battery in phone!

It's difficult ... I have this problem on most Alcatel phones!

well, with this cable is impossible to do that :( if the cable is connected cant put the battery back.

the cable have an plug to add an 9V battery, i need to use it, right?

Henrich 5.23 work very good with this models and this kind of cable.

if you are using windows xp,2000 i think you have to use windows 98 .i had that problem and thats how i got it right.

You can use XP with S2gsm cracked, Vygis cracked, etc.

well, i found that the problems are my phones!!!

looks like are not supported to unlock it :(

someone know what soft can i use to unlock this phone?

i have ALCATEL BF-BG-BH 2.38 and cant unlock it, say that is not supported, someone know another version?
