628 FULL SIGNAL but EMERGENCY ONLY

PLEEZ help.I have 628 with full signal but says "112 ONLY" I repair most of the time but this one's got me !!!It is definitely RF fault.Any ideas guys? :( :( :(

have you tried it with another simcard?
maybe it's your Network that is not letting you to make a call

Hello Cell r us...

This is very simple problem.

First of all change the flash and EEPROM dump of the Phone... If not solve then change the PF... Easy

THX guys,it is not the simcard ,flash,imei,or PA...i've double checked it!Any more ideas?I have 1 more day with this unit...

Hello It seems is frequency error usually you just need to change the TCXO or recalibrate the parameter with digiwin. :) goodluck!

Hi,all<br />The digiwin is with dongle protection it run with <br />Hp 8922 if you don't have such instrument it will be nothing for you. so you have to change the TCXO. thanks
