V3 Insert SIM

Hi all,

I've got Moto Razr ( V3 ) showing Insert SIM while SIM is inserted. I checked the PCB and found one pad is peeled-off. On checking the schematic, the line is SIM_CLK ( SIM clock ).

I want to ask you that is there any way to get the SIM_CLK data ? OR is there any copmpetible clock line which I can use ?

How does this SIM_CLK work ? If anybody knowing detailed information, I will be obliged.
