C35 problem

Hello!

I have C35 SVN 16<br />when I put battery it's <br />immedently switch on,<br />and keyboard does not work at all.

When I try to contact phone by connector<br />I can send commands for example ATD112;<br />and phone call to 112.

And I can turn off phone from cable.<br />But I can't to put it in Service Mode or reflash it, because it switch on when ignition activate

What is problem???<br />Please help!

Maybe this will be of some help...

you will probably be able to flash phone and put in service mode when you ad autoignition to your cable. from pin 4 on rs232 put diode and 2,2K resistor to pin 3 on phone<br />pin4 rs232 o---&gt;|---/\/\---o pin3 phone

but I don't know if flashing will solve your problem...

As I said I used cable with autoignition<br />and phones turns on.

Replacing DIALOG IC helps for me!

Hello Master Gsm

As u said that when u plugs the battrey to phone.. Phone gets On and and then Phone keyboard fails... I think ther is some shorting at ON/Off key.

First of try to clean the On/Off Switch area. If not solves then Check the tracks. Key board Tracks finally goes to CPU. If not solves then Try to reflow the CPU.(Take care when u r playing with CPU).

it seems that you have dropped your phone into water, or some other way your phone has been shorted, u have to open your phone first, then check all the contact place on the keyboard, also check the con charger leg, and the six pin led ic on the bottom of the keypad board
