Service unavailable

I just got my phone unlocked and after i switch the phone on I can only call twice or recieve 2 calls, but then when I try to call it says service unavailable and my friend told me that he can't reach me!

My phone is an LG U8138 and I am now using a T-Mobile sim-card.
