i want to no if i change the whole eeprom in my phone will the phone work after this has been done what changes will this make to my phone

If you will replace the original eprom with a brand new (blank) one the phone will not work as there are no data stored yet.
If you replace it with another from same phone model the phone still won't work as the data stored in the eprom is different from its cheksums.
You will be able only to replace eprom and transfer the original data to it for the phone to work. Hope this helps
