Hi guys,

Can anyone point me to a serious manifacturer of complete solution for changing ( not rework !) of the uBGA package IC's, please.

As far as I know to solder these chips to the board some additional tools and materials are required.

Any info, please.

Best Regards

depends on your personal preference.
Some likes using solder balls, some solder flux.

Wow that's something worth the investment !

Thanks for the replay.

By the way is anyone experienced in solder new uBGA chips - is the station form the balls, or you have to apply something like tape under the
chip before solder?
