I traid to unlock a alcatel OH 1 whit reedbox he goes on tate mode bat gif me a message( not suported firmware ) some one now the problem ,thankyou:mad:
You may read the firmware and send to redbox.
Or you can get software that reads codes for any OH1 version, like OTUF usb box

Install included Symbian application into the phone after download, check readme.txt (you can find it in the Symbian folder) for more instructions.
