Where can I get the LPC903?

Hi, Can anyone tell me where I can get the LPC903 microcontroller to build the adaptor?

I need to build the adaptor to use with cable A. So that I can unlock the CE500.

Also, is the LED RED really needed? I don't mind not to have it if the adaptor works without it.

Can anyone please help me?
Looks like more & more handsets need the adaptor now...
I tried to contact unlockcellular, where we ordered the box. But then even they could not provide us an adaptor... >_<
