Motorolla v3690 invert image

Hi All!

My problem - motorolla v3690 sometimes invert image on lcd. How to fix it or what part i must to see?

generally it's a display conductive fault

May be i am not correctly say... I mean it rotate image on 180. Up is down and down is up. I try to clean contacts but without succes.
