C11 no signal in headphone

I can't hear any signal in headphone in my siemens C11.Any help?

This is may be two problem:

1. You have PCB defect.<br />2. Chip PMB2905 is damaged.

For first reason you must to track solder to chip pins. Its lays to resistors and then to chip pins.
