HELLO, i have a erokr that says " UNABLE TO CHARGE" message when i plug in the charger.. can you help me to find solution for this

Hi ! the middle pin of the charger plug seems unsolded ....

checked 3 pin connection and everything looks good, yet still unable to charge!!
