hi,im pretty new using this tool cause i just got it today,i have a A65 that turns on for 2 secs add then it shuts off immediatly,i am trying to flash it using the dreambox but using "normal(cut track)" and "Boot core bug" doesnt effect any result cause it says:

Error:sending loader failed.check boot mode selection.

error:check phone model selection.

error:failed...

on the right i see a test point pic so i was thinking that i have to boot the loader using the test point? is this what i am supposed to do? i have to open up the phone and then what? which cable i have to use to do the testpoint?

am i in the right way or perhaps the phone is faulty and i have to give it back to the costumer?

thanks for the help in advance!

You should cut track as you can see at the picture. After that you can use normal(cut track) boot mode.

We here :)
You should use sharp knife or needle and accurately cut track (red line on the picture).
You should cut track before using DBSS.

i have an A65 that has been to several other so called unlockers before i got it, i cannot see any sign of interefence/damage on the pcb but whenever any software asks for POWER ON it wont respond. the phone itself works fine on virgin uk its original network. i have tried tp boot with dreambox but again it just says POWER ON and nothing happens. any ideas?

Can you send ALL log files from DBSS and problem description to us (techaid@dreambox.hk)? (Program Files->DreamBox->bin ALL .log files)
Thanks.
