Alcatel BE4 Turn off during call

I have some Alcatel BE4 turn off when calling.<br />Please a need a solution.

hi all

i have problem too.i try use 3.6 V. no problem (but 3.5 V or battery it have problem) i think PA not damage cuase when make call it use about 300 mA.baybe powersuply IC false.can anyone tell me where i can find service manual for it ?
