Dead T28s.Who wants to help?

I have been changed PA module and phone still no power on nor recognize any software.I already tried to reflow all the componets within BGA balls and still nothing.What could it be????

check if the pa ih getting hot you might have a short under pa

Try to turn on the phone WITHOUT PA. (Its works).<br />If you phone will power on - you have one more dead PA.

Coonect you phone to Atr 5.3 and see - can it communicate with computer. Its somethimes can show you live you processor, memory, power chip or not.

If phone did not communicate - try to check 13Mhz crystal or change RF chip 11033.

If again not work - try to change 1011102 power chip (if you can). If again dont work - sorry... May be pcb or some other components. <img src="rolleyes.gif" border="0">
