DreamBox not connect phones

i have 1 box here what doesnt connect phones
always says: "error failed"
please what to do with it?

i think something is wrong with box
others few pcs all ok.

Maybe it's just a bug that occurs with some boxes with the new update including autoupdate thorugh soft...Let's give them a while, I will get big quantity of this product in a short time. Let's wait till 14th of February

I got too this problem, i tested on A65, CX65.

Always Error : Failed.

i hope it will be solved soon...

cut track 100%. but phone not connect. ONLY "ERROR: FAILED"

This is my log file. After instal DBSS v1.16 , always say failed

Can you send ALL log files from DBSS and problem description and your forums name to us (techaid@dreambox.hk)? (Program Files->DreamBox->bin ALL .log files)
