Alcatel BE4 common problem

Hi! I'v seen doezons of alcatel be4 with the same problem. No network, doesn't make a call, resets its self, Shows a counting hand on display, doesn't turn on every time. The screen just flashes and then the display goes black and turns of...

I can't belive that no one knows anything about it. I tried flashing, reflowing the PTWL refloving this and that...

But all that does nothing.

What do you think?

Hi!<br />Today I repaired two alcatel with such problem via rehoting CPU.<br />And I have 7 phones more with such problems... <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

probaj da skines CPU..i videces da cesto crkava jedna nozica na njemu...probaj na BGA alatu da je napravis i vratis....ali PAZI !!!! mnogo je osetljivo sve na pregrejavanje <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> ))))<br />(just put down CPU..and with BGA KIT you can make new legs for CPU and put it beck down again... <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> )
