Hi!

The phone works fine, the charging is also good, but when the battery is empty the phone doesn't charges this battery anymore. But with a new battery it works again.

Any idea? Please Help!

You may have damaged the second line power ICs. In scematic it is N700, N701, N702. Usualy its have short to ground pin 4.
