We did try to unlock the phone and
the error message was this:
Open COM port OK
ChipID:8000,EMP protocol:0301
PHONE IS RED RETAIL PRODUCT
FLASH CID detected:29
Speed:921600
loader header not accepted
failed to load CERTLOADERS,try to use RECOVERY.
Elapsed:2 secs.
After we did to try recovery CID29 RED (or anything else)
and the error message is this:
GUI v0.91373015/UNI
Card serial:0000****
Loaded 49 flash descriptors
RECOVERY MODE STARTED
Open COM port OK
err: 33
loader header not accepted
Open COM port OK
loader prologue not accepted
All possible recovery loaders fail. That phone not supported
Elapsed:14 secs.
Somebody can help us?
