C25 &35 Cannot call in/out by display this "!" sign

Hi Dear member,

I have a few Siemens phone with this problem, Phone display "!" next to operater logo sign, and it cannot call out but phone signal is stronge,full bar signal.it also cannot receied call.. phone detect sim card & can get network.<br />Any one of u know what this phone problem????

is this hardware problem or software problem???

For C25 use repair form Bartek.

mostly it's becouse of bad PA. I change PA everyday on C25.<br />firstly try to rehot it, if don't help, change PA.

Mostly is HW problem.Try the Sat solution. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

This is HW problem. There's a coil at the bottom of board, if it is interrupted you'll have no power on PA. Anyway you can have a bad PA too. I've found this problem in a C25 opened with a screwdriver and that coil was broken.

There are 2 RF filters (900 &1800) ! If all writen above won't help ! Try to replace Them ....

Ufff...<br />1. Remove PA, clean it with alcohol and look at the bottom part with microscope. 99% you'll see the break.<br />2. Or replace the VCO in the middle section of phone.<br />3. Maybe antena switch. you can replace it with 1018 switch<br /> <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

99% PA...or charging of an PA...big capacitor on c25...try to chack if it good coonect to board

first u have to try with a lamp antenna (the one which will flashing light when received signals), if the phone experience the "!" sign, the light will only blink once and once (and that's mean the PA is not broken), if that's the problem, u have to change the PMB 2906 BGA on 35 series
