I can't unlock with DB now only say : error : failed

Did you cut track in these phones before using DreamBox?

YES I cut track 100%, but only say "ERROR : FAILED". no more . WE lost money SIr

Can you send ALL log files from DBSS and problem description to us (techaid@dreambox.hk)? (Program Files->DreamBox->bin ALL .log files)

after update box and no work see file i send you

have you made box update too ? or just software v1.16 ?

check if the box is upgraded 100 %

you can try but i dont think it will upgrade again,

i had same problem like you to today and this morning i upgreded it and now all work

To all appearances you not correctly connected the battery cable to the phone. So, now you should send back box to your reseller for exchange.

Bad news. pls perform this box as smart-clip.
I send back as soon as possible but now I lost money. soory for the fact that you can not repair online

I connected correctly battery cable to phone and:
