hi
i have C65 when i try to unlock it with Boot Normal error:
with boot normal :
Phone On The phone OK
Warning : Please , Use Another Boot Method
With Auto :
Power On the Phone OK
siemens C6v
software version : 41
Imei : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Working +
Warning : failed to delete data please Turn Off the phone and try Again
I'm waiting answer

You can use Firmware Bug Manual boot mode.
1.Power on the phone
2.Connect phone to box
3.Click Read Info in General tab
4.Go to the application menus
5.Start SReader applet
After that you can use Auto mode.

where i can Found The Sreader Applet ????:(

We recommend use testpoint for this phone, for now.
This problem will be solved in next DBSS updates.

with test Point Phone deceted OK

ok No problem
with test point when i conect the test Point , i need phone ON so i need disconect test point after Power ON only Failed ...:(

Open phone, connect it with DB, make red line of TP cable on + of the phone, start unlock, test-point boot mode, make TP now is unlocked
If you have problem with C65 tray to select C66 and repeat operation
Phone dont need are on during unlocking.
