if anyone know, from what kind of phone I can take PA, to get it work on C25? I know that Siemens C35 and Nokia 3310 have the same PA. Are there any other phone with same PA for C25?

pfo 8103 P.A is used in : nokia: 6210 / 8210 seimens : c25 ericsson : 1018 panasonic : gd90

nokia: 6210 / 8210 = 3V PA seimens : c25 = PA 5V ericsson : 1018 = 5V PA panasonic : gd90 = 3V PA

Hitachi marks PA with "A" or "B" letter at the end of marking "A" mean 5V "B" mean 3V That's why PF08103A (C25) has 5V supply and PF08103B (8210) has 3V supply
