The Personal Identification Number or PIN can be changed if you know the Personal Unblocking Key... the sad part is... there's no known software and reader to do this specific task...
Coz the PIN and PUK is a randomly generated code and may Differ by Network Provider.... Only they can revive the codes....
in the Philippines i know a person who was an employee of Smart Communications selling SIm card reader for 35,000 Phil. Peso.... the sad part... he was caught and jailed.....
Until know there are no software and cable... i hearded CLYDE's Team is working in a software and cable to to this... but until now... We never heard anything form him.....
