small white fuse is ok, already changed Dialog, and some other small components around it, but still no joy. what to do?

have u change the 1 FM diode located near dialogue and the charging ic ? (usually marked with some 4i4y or TC), if that's don't help, seems u have to check the PMB 2906, that bga also controls charging instead of RX, TX and sound
could you indicate exactly where the charging IC and 4i4y chip is located? As for 2906, I only rehot it, but it didn't help. SHould I change it also?

that 414y or 413n or TC is the charging ic, it's 6 leg and located near ... dialog, the right side from the 1FM diode, one more question .. is this a new bought phone or an old phone which could charge before ? if this is a new phone u should check for the protective can sealing around the logic block, sometimes a bended can near the 2906 could shorted some resistor under it, a loose capacitor (unsoldered) located at front side (bottom near A7t) could also cause uncharge phone, if all of that couldn't help, try to change the PMB 2906, good luck
