v980 battrie problem

hi guys
my V980 got a problem with the batterie, the charge dosn't worth one day, the phone is allready new, only 3 months old also the charger is original, whene i charge it, the batterie gose empty in just one day !!!
any help ???

no water damage ....

battery it's ok (tested)

it's a soft or hardware prob???
