I also have c35 which cannot power on, except after rehot dialog and cpu area...

seems u have to replace ur PMB 2906, a bad PMB 2906 cause a phone hard to switch on, cracking noise when connecting can also cause by a bad 2906

i think ur problem s software problem..i had same problem after wrong flashing ...try to reflash ur phone ..but if u r sure u have hardware problem..so go luck!
