as far as i know, there are two common types of integrated memory that moto uses (SDRAM and FLASH), so the question is a little bit more specific: how to erase the SDRAM memory or FLASH memory using a HW solution?!
at least give me an example, for a specific model and the I'll try to figure it out for others, but i only need a starting point
