Keyboar on C35 not working

I have one C35 with no-working keyboard ,someone is damaged whet tryed to open this phone.I thing that phone have broked bga balls but don't know what IC is keyboard controler.Can somebody tell me where is this chip?<br />Thank you.

it's cpu, the biggest bga, just try to rehot it first before install a new one
