MG191b error on flash

after repair imei the phone are dead . I have other phone good and I read eprom and flash but when i flash my dead phone get only error.

Some body can shared ! How can i flash LG MG191a because i'm using all versions of Blazer and i have the Flash Files BX1-BX2 but when i try to flash i get communication error and the flash stoped .....
Somebody can explain the exactly method to unlock this phone and the exactly soft of Blazer that i have to use?
