Also now we removed e-mail confirmations due to lot of errors on free email systems (who delete this confirmation emails, because considered this 'spam').
But we kindly ask all users to enter their correct details in registration form.

If you receive some nasty error after register, just close browser and press again GO SUPPORT button from Maintenance software. This will be corrected soon too.

i had downloaded the UsbsmartMaintenance_v20.zip, access the support area ( moto AND semc ), fill both forms for both areas, BUT the download allways give file with 0 bytes in both areas... :(:(:(:(:(

Ideas??? suggestions??? detail, on previous area of SEMC, the downloads work fine.....

flash gdfs and try to unlock again.. if still thesame then flash it with main_imei then unlock again... surely that will solve your problme..

the problem was caused by updating the dongle, all the add on suport will be deactivated. Read the administrator's advice at the beginig.
