check that the side keys are not stuck. usually with d500 keypad fault is caused y stuck side keys.

steps for this application.
1. you can replace this keypad.
2. you can check your phone casing .
3. you can rehot cpu unit on phone to correct this porblem.
4. remember battery on phone must be ok .3.6 volts
