are the file of blazer is the same with other boxes?

i search in support and found 3 arabic files for 2g
f2100
g5200
g7100

and other flashes not contain arabic .
i see in other forum there are more arabic flashes for vyguis or
other boxes such as w3000 ......etc.

my question.
1- how i know the flashes contain arabic packge ??
2- are the flashes of other boxes is the same of blazer???
