Hello,
Dongle is updated.
I am having difficulties with dongle. Each time I run maintenance or other software I have either "dongle error 06", "dongle error 03", "dongle error 01", or "unable to retrieve password from dongle", "dongle not find". Sometimes software is launching, sometimes not. This is driving me nuts...
What I have tried is to reinstall the system from scratch, measure USB voltage(4.95v), try on all USB ports that my PC have, nothing seems to be helping. On this PC many other dongles are working just fine. OS is WinXP.
Before the update I also had such problems.

so if a device is low-cost category I can't have a bit of support?

I bought usb-smart and they gave me activation file. Dongle has been activated just fine. Card has been updated. Support access is working but no other software can see the dongle!
PS:
my CPU is AMD 64. Other dongles are working without any problem so far.
AMD64/Sempron doesn't work well with USB-Smart dongles. You can read thru some of the threads and you'll see that problems were solved once an Intel based pc was used, with XP as the OS. Try and see if this is the cause of your problem. Good luck.

Today I face same problem!I solve the problem with one PCI usb 2.0 4 port i/o card.Dongle just didnt want to work pluged in MB usb ports or UFS usb ports.then I have get one of this cards and everything works fine after that,hope tgis will help U!!

Thanks dude, I'll try to buy extra USB PCI card and see if it can help.
