How do you enter the code in a Blackberry 7100v

I have a 7100v on Voda and have been trying to put the code in but cant seem to get anywhere :confused:

Instructions I have are

1 - Using the menu go to Settings Menu -> SIM card pressselect.
2 - While holding the SHIFT key, type mepd
3 - You should now see the five locking categories listed.
4 - While holding the SHIFT KEY, type mep2.
5 - Release the shift key.
6 - You are now prompted to enter the Network MEP code (it will also state how many attempts left)
7 - Enter the code
8 - Enter Return/Enter
9 - The device should then be unlocked

Cant seem to enter the mepd bit also not sure which is the shift key , but have tried them all:confused:

Thnx I did try that key , but I think I am doing something wrong, will try it this morning , is it with sim in or out ?

If show 1xx left, than how i can enter unlock code on blackberry?

7100v enter code correct way = type mepp then shift 2 done.

1.go to settings
2. go to sim card
3.type mepp2
now type your unlock code
