Ive got a E720 that is stuck on the start up screen, Ive flashed it and cleaned it but its till the same?
Any ideas how to fix this?

I have this same problem, phone was working but kept searching for network.
After cleaning board and reflow phone hangs at start screen :(
Could anyone if the quartz solution is correct and which components I am supposed to replace.

use FULL FLASH (with EEEPROM) ...

Phone is not detected by software when trying to flash, it will not boot at all, and when you connect the phone windows picks it up as Unknown USB device.
