sience version 8.3 we can repair online olso the boxes with damaged SN (the ones with funny characters), so no more send back to reseller for exchange (only in the worst situations)
what you should do:

pulg the box to the computer with any cable atached.
start the software.
make a print screen of the software.
send the picture to the up details

and you will recieve a repair UPD file.
