SECONDLY: WHEN I TRY TO POWER ON PHONE SAYS"BATTERY EMPTY PLEASE RECHARGE",CHANGED PA,UPLOADED REPAIR FLASH AND BACKUP BUT STILL NO LUCK.

PA is not the reason. You must reset eeprom battery settings. The easiest way - trainig of accumulator with help of phone menu (Battery care option - charger must be connected).
