is there some way to flash november 903 to Euro or Chinese?
right now there is only JP_November_unlocked in support.

siemens man, thank you for your reply; however, i rarely understand you.
i know that the file will unlock the phone, but you cannot flash Euro or China to a November 903. There is no November_Euro_unlocked or November_CHina_unlocked.

all we need is someone to read flash on a november 903 with euro or chinese firmware.

flash file of SX833 CANNOT be used. we need someone to do readout of SX833 firmware from a November 903 (originally Japanese).
i know this is USB-Smart, and not setool; but setool users can flash november 903 to Euro or China and WE CAN ONLY FLASH JAPANESE to nov 903.
OK, I understand we have to wait new flash files. I envy the se-tool user.
