Problem with Dongle, USB SMART NOT FIND

mr zulea, i have a big problem with my dongle!

i´ve an TWISTER dongle, and upgraded it to USB SMART, Samsung and MOTOROLA!

but every tool from usb smart says dongle not find!

LG, SEMC, ALCATEL...

BUT, samsung and motorola cylone tool works fine!

can u help me please?

I just successfully upgrade my USB smart dongle by Maintenance tool v.2.0, read REQ file for Motorola and Samsung. I close SW and after it, my dongle not work any more - device not recognized. I tryed on other clean PC without any result. Please for advise.

Samsung - Motorola works! Yes! Others no!

why people buy updaten, when this dongle is not supported yet??
