How much will cost a new USB Smart Dongle for the new customer with all software activated / included (LG,Samsung, Alcatel,SonyEricsson,Sharp, P2k Moto...)

Can you just buy an twister dongle and activate the samsung tool ?

Will there be any diffrences from usb smart with samsung actived, already got an SE tool and don't need usb-smart SE
