z500 charging

Hi everybody. i have one z500 with charging problem. it don charge. custormer brought phone and told me that he applied some other samsung charger to it and from now on it is not charging. i put on the charger to it and checked the voltages on battery terminals. the voltages there are not stable. it shows some 3.6 volts and then drops to 1.** volts and so on. plz help me

i m unable to see its fuse. do u have any picture to show it?

the battery is charging up...but the littler battery icon on the screen
doesnt moving or blinking... any idea?

heyheyhey ..... u don`t know friend that with many samsung models like this one ... only cherger with red light while charging ... and green when finished charing ;)
