D500E maybe bug

I today choose d500E on list phone box, and software say error:

Acces violation at adress 004CC631 in module `Sam_tool_1.04.exe`. Read of address 00000000.

Other list phone possible choose. D500E not possible for me.

also X486 got the same error all other models fine...new vesion might be bug fixed..
