usb smart mainenance v2.2 works fine for me sir
also the update for smart card, i also received error when updating
in 13%, i just reconnect dongle and disable anti vir. then its fine for me

but i think support area is in process of updating
i have this when i enter support area

zulea am sorry to say but my speed is 115kb/s am using ie and opera,xp sp2,maintainance tool v23 ,i still get just a white page ,i have reduced my privacy under internet explorer options thinking it will help,but all 2 no avail am in Nigeria.i really miss d old support!!,
