problem after upgrade from Access Key

I made upgrade from access key to usb smart, when i read dongle all is all right

TWISTER TO USBSMART feature ACTIVATED
Dongle base type: TWISTER
Dongle Serial Number: xxxxxxxx
Smartcard UPDATED
SAMSUNG feature NOT ACTIVE
MOTOROLA feature NOT ACTIVE

but when i want to run any program it will show "dongle not find", i read some posts about this. I want to ask zulea, do we really need to have a new soft or just need to change some dll or something. ???

Activate again Samsung or Motorola with your old activate keys.

But i didnt activate motorola and samsung. I request only usb smart update.

Twister dongles need new SEMC software! zulea will give soon!

Samsung works with twister dongle!
Motorola works with twister dongle!

others dont work! needs new software from zulea!
