V3 unlock code

hi, i unlocked a motorola V3 with smart unlocker successfully, but as i power on the phone it requests the unlocks code with any function like ( camera, address book, ..etc.) . it is ok as i give 1234, but it requests every time and with evry function or order. can any one help me to solve that!! thanx

this means your phone is locked to o2. you need to unlock it before you can use voda sim.
